Lisa Gugel

Lisa Gugel is a worship leader/songwriter at Full Gospel Revival Center in Kalona, Iowa. Music has been a large part of her life for as long as she can remember. Singing special parts in plays and special numbers in church services only grew her desire to lead others into new levels of worship to her closest friend, Jesus Christ. Lisa has been a worship leader and co- leader since 1999. She just released in 2016, her first album entitled, "For God Alone". Lisa desires to lead corporate worship with the help of the Holy Spirit, laced with biblical truth, to an encounter with the King of Kings. Reaching new levels of anointed praise and greater intimacy with Christ is what drives her continually. She believes that we are not to be satisfied with just a Sunday praise, but we are to live a life that glorifies and honors Jesus Christ. With a sensitivity to the Holy Spirit and the ability to go where he calls allows for the presence of the Lord to move freely as she sings. Her songs are a reminder of the importance to wait patiently at His feet, to always draw near to Him and to continue to take one more step, no matter the cost. Whether it be a small intimate gathering, a Sunday morning celebration or an intense teen camp worship, she will bring you to a place where you can walk into the presence of the King.
